    • If you cancel your tour within 24 hours of making your booking, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • Please contact our customer service team to process your cancellation and refund.
  2. Cancellations Made After 24 Hours of Booking:
    • If more than 24 hours have passed since you booked your tour, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
    • This policy is in place due to the preparations and logistics involved in organizing your tour.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a cancellation made within the eligible time frame, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your booking details, including your booking ID, the name under which the booking was made, and the date of the tour.
  2. Processing Time:
    • Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
    • The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.
